Steve has been an accomplished Manager and Leader in business. Serving organizations at a variety of levels, including Vice President, Director of Operations, General Manager, College Professor and small business coach. Steve has achieved success at every level and continues to share his experiences to help people fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals.
Steve is an accomplished educator and spent 7 years teaching Hospitality Management and working as the Director of Culinary & Hospitality Management and Leadership at the Art Institute of California Orange County. Steve is currently teaching part-time at Santa Ana College School of Continuing Education and has helped create curriculum being taught in Hospitality and Culinary Management.
Steve is the Co-founder of California Culinary Coalition, a registered 501c3 created to provide meals to those in need and education to those who wish to learn a new skill in the world of culinary and restaurants.
Steve spends his off time with his wife Joy, 3 kids (Hope, Grant & Chase) and coaching Chase’s little league baseball teams. “Working with the NAFBF allows me to combine my passions for education and coaching with baseball and I could not have asked for a better opportunity.”
